Sergeant John Bourque Metro Nashville Police Department
Sergeant John Bourque has been a police officer for 28 years, 23 with Metro Nashville. He has worked in Patrol, Bike Patrol, Flex Squad, and as Community Coordinator for Central Precinct. For the last 4 years Sgt. Bourque has been a Special Event Coordinator, coordinating police resources for recurring events around Metro Nashville including Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, First TN Park, and Ascend Amphitheater. Other events include CMA Fest, July 4th celebration, Rock N Roll Marathon, Stanley Cup Final, and the 2019 NFL Draft just to name a few. Currently, Sgt. Bourque coordinates all of the traffic and logistics for city sponsored events.
