Program:

Art Darden & Diane Borgesen of Highwoods properties will discuss the importance of great project management from an owner/management company standpoint.

Art is a Sr. Property Manager and has been with Highwoods Properties for 15 years in March.  Art is responsible for the day to day operations of five buildings, over 500K SF, and supervises two Property Managers and two Maintenance Technicians.  Prior to that he served in a Facilities Management role.

Diane is the Sr. Director of Asset Management for the Highwoods Nashville division and has been with Highwoods Properties for over 23 years.  Highwoods owns and manages 30 assets in Nashville totaling over 5 million SF.
