Stephen Kulinski is Managing Director for CBRE’s Nashville office. Mr. Kulinski leads the operations of the company’s Tennessee offices and drives its growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt & structured finance, and property management throughout the state.
Mr. Kulinski joined CBRE’s Nashville office in 2015 as Managing Director with more than 30 years of architectural experience. Previously, he was an Executive Vice President with Gresham, Smith and Partners, a leading design and consulting firm, where he guided firm-wide marketing and business development efforts and provided leadership and direction for the practice.
The registration deadline is Friday, February 03. Attendees may park in guest parking or use the free valet (tip only). As costs continue to rise for meals, we are having to increase guest fees to $50 per guest.
